కేరళ ప్రభుత్వం జైలు వ్యవస్థలో సమగ్ర సంస్కరణలను చేపట్టే ఆలోచనలో ఉందని సీనియర్ కాంగ్రెస్ నేత రమేశ్ చెన్నితల తెలిపారు. జైళ్లను ఆధునీకరించడం, ఖైదీల పునరావాసం, భద్రతా వ్యవస్థల మెరుగుదలపై ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారిస్తోందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
