The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a peaceful protest march in New Delhi on September 5, accusing the Centre of failing to honour commitments made during the July agitation. The march will begin at India Gate and proceed towards the Delhi Police headquarters. Families of deceased NEET victims and victims of alleged police brutality, along with students and youth organisations, are expected to participate.




Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has called the Centre’s denial of political clearance for his proposed US visit an “insult to Telangana.” He said he intended to travel to the US to attract investments to the state, while the MEA said the proposed visit did not conform to established norms.
