Tirumala: TTD Additional Executive Officer C.H. Venkaiah has directed officials to take necessary measures to ensure hassle-free accommodation for devotees during the upcoming Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam. The annual Brahmotsavam will be held from September 15 to 23. In view of the festival, the Additional EO conducted a review meeting on the Reception Department at the Sudharma meeting hall in Tirumala on Thursday. During the meeting, he instructed officials to complete any pending repairs to accommodation rooms at the earliest. He also directed officials to make suitable accommodation arrangements for staff arriving on deputation for Brahmotsavam duties. To facilitate accommodation for deputation staff during the festival, the Additional EO ordered that 60% of the rooms in mutts and Karnataka Choultries in Tirumala be brought under the control of the TTD Reception Department during the Brahmotsavam days. Tirumala Estate Officer Venkateswarlu, In-charge IT GM Venkateswarlu Naidu, Reception OSD Satre Naik, AEO Ashok and other officials attended the review meeting.
