Triangle Telangana Association (TTA) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to bringing together Telangana people living in the Triangle area of North Carolina. The organization focuses on preserving Telangana’s rich culture, traditions, language, and heritage while creating a platform for community service, cultural celebrations, youth development, and social activities.
Unite Telangana families living in the Triangle region through cultural, social, and community activities. Preserve and promote Telangana language, traditions, festivals, and heritage among future generations. Provide a platform for cultural, educational, and charitable initiatives. Encourage youth involvement through leadership, volunteering, and community service opportunities. Support community members through networking, collaboration, and social welfare activities.
Telangana culture and traditions are preserved and passed on to future generations. Families and individuals come together to celebrate their shared heritage. Youth are inspired to actively participate in cultural and community activities. Members support each other through service, cooperation, and mutual respect. The organization continues to contribute to both the local community in the USA and Telangana region in India.
Triangle Telangana Association was formed with the vision of uniting the Telangana community in the Triangle region of North Carolina under one platform. The organization was established to provide a common space where Telangana families could connect, celebrate their cultural identity, and participate in community-building activities.
Over the years, TTA has organized several cultural and social events, including Telangana festivals, community gatherings, youth programs, and charitable initiatives. Events such as Bathukamma celebrations, Bonalu festivities, Telangana Formation Day programs, and Dhoom Dhaam Dawat have helped strengthen cultural bonds among community members. The organization also encourages youth participation through volunteer programs, helping younger generations understand Telangana traditions while developing leadership and community service skills
