TAB celebrates various Telugu festivals annually and encourages participation by members and well wishers at these events.
Support, cooperate and promote relevant local non-profit organizations. To raise funds for natural disasters in India and US, and coordinate other efforts to the extent possible, with other non-profit organizations. To serve as a central resource for all
TAB also organizes special cultural events from time to time, performed by local talent and artists visiting from India.
Telugu Association of Bloomington (TAB) is a non-profit organization devoted to the awareness and promotion of Telugu culture in the Central Illinois region. Formed in 2006, is a very youngest Indo-American organization in Central Illinois region.
TAB organizes celebrations for two festivals every year: Ugadi, Dasara and hosts charity services during summer in coordination with other Indian Associations and other local organizations. In addition, TAB participates in the local Indian events and fund raisers for a good cause.
