Gross foreign direct investment into India saw a significant rise in June. Net FDI also increased substantially, recovering from a previous month's outflow. Outward FDI, however, continued its downward trend for the past two months. Financial, insurance, and business services were key sectors for outward investments. Manufacturing and trade sectors also witnessed outward FDI activity.
