Aster DM Healthcare reported an 18% year-on-year revenue increase in Q4 to Rs 1,182 crore, with operating EBITDA up 31%. The company is on track to complete its merger with Quality Care India Ltd in Q1 FY27, creating a combined entity with over 10,600 beds.
