A division bench comprising Justice Vivek Agrawal and Justice Avanindra Kumar Singh directed the high-level caste scrutiny committee of Madhya Pradesh government to verify if the caste certificate of minister of state for urban administration Pratima Bagri is valid and submit its report by June 30.
